TERMS OF SERVICE

Commissioning me means you have read and agree to everything below. If you violate anything below you will be blacklisted. If you have questions please contact me through my contact links.

-My work is for personal use only, and you may not claim my work as your own, or modify it in anyway without permission (including tracing and NFTS or anything blockchain related). If you post it onto social media, please credit me in some way.-That you (the commissioner) are commissioning me for digital artwork only, and not physical artwork that will be shipped to you.-I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.-I reserve the rights to the art and can post the art to social media or any portfolios (if you wish to keep a commission private, I will respect this so long as you tell me).-Payment are done through Stripe and Paypal and in USD upfront. If the artwork has been completed and sent, do not ask for a refund. If the artwork has not been started, it can be refunded at any point.-Please know that before you (the commissioner) request something that there is no guaranteed turnaround date. I try to work as quickly as possible. If you want to request done by a deadline, please tell me beforehand. If the deadline is short, I reserve the right to decline or add a small fee depending on what you are asking for.-Please include references and any details you might want in your commission unless you are fully willing for me (the artist) to take full artistic liberties. If you provide mismatching references, no pose request, etc, I have the right to pick and choose unless you (the commissioner) states otherwise.-Agree to the artwork being done in my (the artist) style. Please do not ask me to copy another artist's style.--------------------------------------------------------------------If you agree to the above, you may contact me through preferably the email listed in contacts or through the other means.The ordering process goes like this:>You send me your request and any references attached through email or through DMs.>I'll confirm with you and request any other information I would need. Once this is done I'll send the price (most are preset from the commission list, but some are flexible depending on the complexity of the commission) and ask for confirmation.>Once confirmation is given on the price, I'll send either an invoice through Stripe or Paypal.>I'll begin working on the commission if I do not have prior ones. I'll be working on a first come first serve basis unless someone has asked for a deadline, otherwise I'll be working through slots (that I will post here on this carrd).>I'll send sketches to you (the commissioner) and ask if you want anything changed. If you do have something you wish to change, I will send back a sketch with the changes you ask for and confirm with you. You can make 3 major changes per piece.>Once you confirm you are satisfied with the sketch, I'll go on to completing the final piece if it's a lineart or full color commission. This may take time.>Once I'm finished I will send you the work, and we can shake hands and go on our happy little way. :^)
